Shaquille O'Neal was a guest analyst on TNT's Inside the NBA on Monday night and answered questions from the other hosts during a special feature for NBA.com. When asked what player (other than Hardaway, Bryant or Wade) he would like to have playing next to him, the Heat center didn't hesitate: "Vince". Noting he was expressing a personal opinion, O'Neal said of Carter: "I think he needs a player like me that can get him to the next level." Is it tampering?
