Kidd Does it All as Nets Win Game 3

The Nets got back in the series with an 11-point victory at the Meadowlands Saturday night. Jason Kidd recorded his 11th career playoff triple-double with 23 points, 13 boards and 14 assists, and the Nets solved their rebounding problem, outboarding the Cavs 43-30 overall and 11-5 on the offensive end. The Nets started the game with a 15-4 run and led by as many as 12 early in the second quarter, but a 15-0 Cavs run got them back in the game by haltime. The Nets then opened it back up in the third, leading by as many as 15, but Cleveland closed to within four early in the fourth. The Nets then used an 8-0 run to take control for good. Vince Carter and Richard Jefferson each finished with 23 points, while LeBron James was held to just 18 on 5-of-16 from the field.
