With the college season over and the NBA season winding down, league executives, including Rod Thorn and Ed Stefanski, have been attending the Portsmouth, Va. Invitational Tournament this week. The tourney has over the last few years been mostly a showcase for those on the draft bubble or at best second round prospects. Still, a few stars have emerged.
