Critics of Bruce Ratner's plans for a Brooklyn arena have thus far failed to convince any judge to halt the project based on claims he has abused the eminent domain process. Now, environmenalists and neighborhood groups have joined the fray, arguing the state didn't do enough to review the downside of such a huge project in brownstone Brooklyn. Critics are awaiting rulings on two previous suits which have already had their first hearings.
