Pete Williams is the Nets video coordinator. Operating from a control room that looks like a cross between ESPN and every couch potato's dream, Williams records every NBA game as well as college games the team's scouts may interested in. From the massive intake, Williams compiles six-minute "cheat sheets" of an opponent's last five games for coaches as well as summaries of the Nets own games. And as Lawrence Frank notes, watching bad games is more important than watching the good ones.
