Arena Critcs Cite Lack of Business Plan in Latest Attack

Critics of Bruce Ratner's plans for a new Nets' arena want to know why New York state approved the $4.2 billion project without first having a comprehensive business plan. The critics, including a state assemblyman, have been trying to get the plan for months, but this week learned there was no plan to get. As a result, they claim the state approved the Atlantic Yards without knowing if it will work out financially. Critics expect to cite the lack of a plan in their lawsuit.
