David Aldridge, writing in the Philadelphia Inquirer, handicaps potential head coaches who are currently working as assistants or announcers. Among the top candidates, he writes, is YES Network's Mark Jackson and he gets backup from Pacer GM Donny Walsh, who might just be looking for someone to replace Rick Carlisle. Walsh says some of Jackson's point guard skills could easily translate on the bench.
