Gary Sussman, Voice of the Nets, says GM Ed Stefanski is off to "the Far East" on a scouting trip. With the Chinese Basketball Association championship starting Sunday in Guangdong, it's a good bet Stefanski is looking at the next Chinese superstar prospect: 7'-1" Yi Jianlian. Yi (pronounced Ee) is fast moving up draft boards. There are other Chinese prospects, but none is expected to go in the first round.
