It was fairly easy to dismiss Wednesday's blowout loss at the hands of the Pistons as a result of jet lag, body clocks, tired legs, etc. But the Nets laid another egg two nights later at Amway Arena against an opponent that had lost eight of its last 10 games. The Nets had nothing from start to finish on either end of the floor, allowing one of the lowest scoring teams in the league to shoot 63% from the floor and score 119 points. Dwight Howard, held to just one point the last time these teams met, finished with 19 on 8-of-11 this time. Meanwhile, Jason Kidd was held scoreless for the first time this season and recorded as many turnovers (five) as he did assists.
