Reports that Jason Kidd will be dealt before the deadline picked up Friday. Kidd admitted to reporters that he has heard the rumors adding, "you just have to be happy wherever you might end up." His agent has given him the names of three teams who are interested. Peter Vecsey on NBA TV identified the teams as the Lakers, Cavs and Warriors and predicted he would go to LA. Rod Thorn in a letter to ticket holders said the team "is always looking to improve the team either short term or long term".
