Both Jason Kidd and Vince Carter were selected as Eastern Conference reserves for the All-Star Game, which will be played in Las Vegas on Sunday, Feb. 18 and televised at 8 p.m. ET on TNT. It is the eighth All-Star selection for both Nets, though Carter missed the 2002 game due to injury. The other East selections are Chauncey Billups, Caron Butler, Richard Hamilton, Dwight Howard and Jermaine O'Neal. Kidd and Carter also made another all-Star team: John Hollinger's 30 best players without a ring.
