Kidd: I Can See Clearly Now

In a profile of the league's "elder statesmen", Ian Thomsen of Sports Illustrated devotes the most time to Jason Kidd, who he sees as the game's most effective older player. Kidd tells Thomsen that if he has indeed lost a step--and he stubbornly will not stipulate that--it's all for the better: He can see the floor better now. He also notes that John Stockton was still effective at 41 and could have played longer...hint, hint.
