NYPD Not Concerned About Arena's Vulnerability

Critics of the Nets' glass-walled Brooklyn arena have called for a counter-terrorism study of the project. The New York Police Department counters by saying it has been working with the Nets and "they have been cooperative and receptive to NYPD recommendations, which did not require street closings." Critics cited street closings at the Prudential Center, required by the Newark Police Department, as evidence that the arena needs a similar security plan.
