The Nets offense continues to struggle without Vince Carter. They shot 30 percent from the field and committed 22 turnovers as they suffered another blowout loss, this time at the hands of the Orlando Magic Friday night at the IZOD Center. The Nets scored just 10 points in the first quarter, trailed by 13 at the half and by 18 midway through the third. They made a bit of a run, cutting the lead to seven, and it was a nine-point game early in the fourth before Orlando went on a 12-0 run to put the game away. Jason Kidd recorded his second triple-double of the season with 11 points, a career-high 19 rebounds and 10 assists, but he and Richard Jefferson combined to shoot just 8-of-33 from the field.
