John Hollinger, who mashes numbers for a living, has come up with his All-Decline Team for 2007-08, 22 players he predicts will be less effective this season than last. Hollinger believes the Nets can expect less from Boki Nachbar, who he believes was "playing over his head" last season, and Darrell Armstrong, who he contends "played out of his mind for a bad team". He's not crazy about Mikki Moore, either.
