Darrell Armstrong agreed to a partially guaranteed vets minmum deal Wednesday night, two hours after he cleared waivers. All it took was a talk with Lawrence Frank. The 39-year-old had been wooed by his former team, the Mavs, but decided to go with the Nets who he thinks can be Eastern Conference champs. Meanwhile, Allan Houston's agent again promises a decision Friday.
