In an interview with his hometown paper, Darrell Armstrong lets go with some pointed criticism of Larry Bird. He accuses the Pacer GM of trying to sabotage his career by limiting his options this summer. Still, Armstrong is happy with the Nets, noting that he figured he would get the most playing time in New Jersey. Armstrong also had strong words of praise for Boki Nachbar: "Nachbar’s going to be another superstar for this franchise."
