Richard Jefferson says he never has taken his athleticism for granted, never more so than last year when he suddenly hurt his ankle. It robbed him of his "explosion". Says RJ: "I was able to play and it was deceptive where it was like some days I could go out there and run and jump, some days I could just run, and then some days I couldn’t do either. " He adds, a bit slyly perhaps, "it’s very quick how people forget what you’re capable of doing."
