Sports Illustrated's NBA Preview issue came out this week, and the magazine predicts that the Nets will finish ninth (out of the playoffs) in the Eastern Conference, while it has the Knicks finishing sixth in the East. Rod Thorn hopes his team makes a note of the prediction, but the players seem to be shrugging it off.
