The Nets have announced that Richard Jefferson will undergo arthoscopic surgery Monday on his right ankle, hoping the procedure will alleviate the pain that has hampered his play all season. The Nets believe Jefferson could be out as long as six weeks. He will be the fifth Net to undergo surgery, joining Josh Boone (shoulder), Eddie House, Cliff Robinson and Nenad Krstic (all knees). Meanwhile in Toronto, the Raptors rejoice.
