Critics File Yet Another Suit in Attempt to Stop Nets' Arena

Tenants who would be displaced by Bruce Ratner's plans to build the new Nets' arena have sued the state of New York, claiming it has not done enough to ensure they will get adequate new housing. The tenants, who live in rent-controlled apartments, sued the state because it has moved to evict them as part of the redevelopment project. Ratner's company has promised to provide them with replacement housing, rent subsidies and moving expenses, but the tenants want more.
