Kent Barwick, director of the Municipal Art Society, is the new face of opposition to Bruce Ratner's plan for Atlantic Yards, the megadevelopment anchored by a new Nets' arena. Unlike hardline critics who want the project dumped, Barwick and his society want it reduced by 30%, far more than Ratner has proposed.
