Bostjan Nachbar couldn't hit a shot and Mile Ilic couldn't take one as both Slovenia and Serbia suffered tough losses in the opening round of the World Championships. Still, both teams will now advance to the medal round this weekend. Nachbar went 0-for-5 in 14 minutes in Slovenia's last second 78-77 loss to China while Ilic sat in Serbia's 83-79 loss to Argentina. While Serbia was assured a place in the second round Wednesday, Slovenia had to wait til Italy beat Puerto Rico before it could celebrate.
