The Nets have hired a former Knicks executive to market the team's new Brooklyn arena. Neil Davis has been hired to market the arena as "a city within a city" as well as add even more corporate sponsorships at the Continental Airlines Arena. The Brooklyn arena is expected to open in 2009-10. Davis had been the executive vice president for ad sales at Cablevision, parent of the Knicks and Rangers.
