Eddie House Agrees to Join Nets

The Nets' busiest off-season day ended Friday with the signing of Eddie House, the 6'-1" veteran shooting guard. House received a one-year, $1.5 million contract. He was one of the NBA's top shooters off the bench last season, averaging 9.8 ppg for the Suns while hitting 39% from beyond the arc. House ranked second in the NBA in three-pointers per 48 minutes at 4.15. The 28-year-old will also get some time at the point. He had previously played for the Heat, Clippers, Bobcats, Bucks and Kings.
