A Tucson city judge ruled Monday that Net draft choice Hassan Adams must face trial in October on Driving Under Influence charges from last March. Adams had asked the charge be thrown out but the judge ruled that the police officer had followed procedures and set a court date for October 23, a week before the Nets season opener. The Arizona shooting guard could plead guilty prior to the date or ask that it be postponed. Adams also faces disorderly persons charge pending since December.
