Re-grading the 2005 Draft

When the Nets selected Antoine Wright and Mile Ilic in the 2005 draft, basketball writers sung the team's praises, giving high marks for getting a player who could contribute right away in Wright and a good long-term big man project in Ilic. A year later, it looked more like grade inflation with both not quite where the Nets wanted them, one figuratively, the other literally. Now, one of the big stories of the off-season will be whether those early grades can be justified.
