Hassan Adams, the Nets third draft pick, may not have to face a drunk driving charge after all. A Tucson city judge said Wednesday that she is considering the dismissal of the charge after hearing evidence in the case. Adams was allegedly driving 10 mph over the speed limit when pulled over. The judge said she will make her ruling by August 16. If the case proceeds, trial would begin October 23, a week before the Nets opening night.
