Robinson Contrite About Mistake, New Deal is Two Years

The contract the Nets and Clifford Robinson have agreed to is reportedly for two years, with the second year being a team option. Robinson will serve the final two games of his five game suspension at the start of the 2006-07 season and says he feels "terrible about what took place" at the end of last season. In an interview with Dave D'Alessandro of the Star-Ledger, Robinson admits to his mistake. "I brought it upon myself, so I had no one to blame but myself," he said.
