With most European leagues either done or down to their last games, international prospects have begun arriving for workout tours of NBA practice facilities. Oleksiy Pecherov, a 6'-11" Ukrainian forward with a resemblance to Keith Van Horn, will join Bobby Jones on Monday at the Nets' Champion Center, the third international to work out so far.
