In an interview with ESPN Radio's Dan Patrick Thursday, Lebron James had some nice things to say about his long time friend, Nets' investor Jay-Z, saying "if he was my owner, it would be great" and described the rapper as a mentor and friend. James, who can sign a contract extension next month, also said he "has no problem" with being Cleveland's savior. Jay-Z has repeatedly talked about James joining the Nets, so much so that the NBA warned him and the Nets they risked tampering charges.
