Frank Gehry, architect for Bruce Ratner's new Nets arena and mini-city, released the latest set of designs for the project Thursday, the third since the project was announced two years ago. The design of the arena appears more conventional than previous designs. The project has yet to be approved although the city and state have earmarked $207 million for improvements to the local infrastructure.
