Bruce Ratner and critics of his Nets arena and mini-city plans are now fighting over whether his newly revealed plan is actually "scaled down" as he claims. Ratner notes that his plan is substanially smaller than what he proposed last year, but his critics say while that may be true the new plan is still a lot bigger than what he originally projected in 2003 when he bought the Nets.
