With his team's 12-game winning streak still intact and a 12-3 record for the month, Lawrence Frank would seem to be a shoo-in for Coach of the Month honors. And he is. Frank and San Antonio's Gregg Popovich were named conference coaches of the month for March Monday. It's the third time Frank has earned the honor, winning for February 2004 and April 2005.
