When Kenyon Martin was sent to Denver two summers ago for three draft picks, it looked like the end of the Nets' recent run of success. But the draft picks turned into Vince Carter and KMart has struggled mightily since the trade. But when word came that Nugget coach George Karl had suspended the power forward indefinitely, it was a shock. Jason Kidd, one of only four Nets left from when Martin played in New Jersey, said he was going to call his friend just to talk.
