The Aftermath

The Nets defended Vince Carter on Monday better than they defended the Pacers the day before. Lawrence Frank says that he has no complaints with Carter's shot selection in Game One, but Dave D'Alessandro does believe that the Nets made it easy on Indiana by not attacking enough after their initial burst to start the game. Bob Considine reports that Carter's wrist and side are sore, but he's good to play Tuesday. The best news of the day is that NBA TV will reunite Ian Eagle and Bill Raftery behind the mic for Tuesday's broadcast.
