Drejer, Playing on Injured Ankle, Scores 2 in 'Derby' Loss

Christian Drejer, the Nets 2004 draft choice, played with a sprained ankle Saturday in his team's biggest game of the year and wound up with only two points before fouling out. The 6'9" Drejer was playing in the 'Basket City Derby', the annual rivalry between Bologna's two Italian League teams, Virtus Bologna and Fortitudo Bologna. Fortitudo won, 86-84, with 19-year-old NBA prospect Marco Belinelli scoring 18. Ed Stefanski is scheduled to be in Bologna next week on his European scouting tour.
