Rick Kamla of NBA.com takes on the difficult task of ranking the league's most celebrity-laden position: swingman. For Kamla, VC ranks sixth, tied with Michael Redd, but behind Rip Hamilton, Paul Pierce, Lebron James, Dwyane Wade and Kobe Bryant. What makes Kamla's analysis even more interesting is his ranking of Carter's durability. Conventional wisdom says Carter is fragile, but Kamla points out that both before and after two injury-plagued years, VC has had a great attendance record.
