Just before the Nets began their seven-game winning streak, the Nets let Robert "Tractor" Traylor know of their renewed interest. Traylor underwent open heart surgery in November after a Net physical showed he had an enlarged aorta. Then, with the Nets going through a 1-5 stretch after the all-Star break, the Nets made calls to Traylor's agent, hoping he had recovered enough to add muscle to their playoff run. But the 6'-8" forward's agent never returned their calls.
