In This Case, It Isn't All About the Beer

The on-again, off-again beer boycott is on-again in Brooklyn. Critics of the new Nets' arena have tried to organize a boycott of Brooklyn Lager, whose onwer supports the arena plan and is already selling his beer at Continental Airlines Arena. The boycott idea began when critics were outraged when Nets dancers and Darryl Dawkins showed up at the brewery for a pro-arena event. Now, the critics announce that the only bar in the arena footprint has joined them.
