Drejer Leads Virtus to Big Victory

Christian Drejer, the Nets' 2004 draft choice, scored 20 points in Virtus Bologna's 110-94 upset over Lottomatica Roma Sunday. The 6'-9" shooting guard drove the lane repeatedly, making all eight of his foul shots and going 5-for-7 from the floor, 2-for-2 beyond the arc. He also had six steals. Meanwhile, ESPN's Chad Ford has posted a video of top draft prospect Andrea Bargnani that shows Drejer first making a deft pass that gets blocked and then getting posterized by Bargnani underneath.
