The Bulls waived Tim Thomas Wednesday afternoon and Dave D'Alessandro told the FAN's Chris Carrino that Thomas is "delirious" about the opportunity to play in Phoenix. Thomas decided on the Suns after the Bulls let him know they preferred he play out West and reportedly offered him a financial incentive to do so. The NBA may inquire about how things transpired, but Chicago's GM says the decision was Thomas's. With no apparent help on the way, Rod Thorn admits that the Nets are "thin" and that health is their key concern.
