Thursday's the day. The NBA will announce the coaches' vote on All-Star reserves and Jason Kidd, Vince Carter and Richard Jefferson will no doubt be on a lot of ballots. How many is the question. A number of the nation's top basketball writers are offering their suggestions. And if those suggestions are borne out on the coaches' ballot slips, Carter stands the best chance with Kidd a close second. Jefferson, suggests the writers, will have to wait another year for his first all-star nod.
