Carter Leads Nets to Tenth Straight Win at Home

Vince Carter recorded his second career triple-double with 28 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists, leading the Nets to a big win over the Heat Saturday afternoon. The Nets shot 53% from the field and led by as many as 16 points in the first half. They had a 15 point lead late in the third, but Miami closed to within one midway through the fourth after a 21-7 run. A Clifford Robinson three-point play and a Jason Kidd circus shot gave the Nets some seperation and they cruised from there for a 13-point victory. With Nenad Krstic out, Robinson got the start and came up huge, scoring 23 points on 9 of 15 shooting, including 4 of 6 from downtown. Richard Jefferson added 26 on 11 for 17 from the field, Kidd added 16 points, 7 boards and 10 assists and Jason Collins was able to neutralize Shaquille O'Neal, holding him to just 11 points on 4 of 12 shooting.
