Learning to be Yourself...and Winning

It was two years ago that Larry Brown slammed the Nets' choice of a young Lawrence Frank as head coach, suggesting New Jersey's brass was saying, "anybody can coach." Now Frank coaches the division-leading Nets and Brown is stuck in the basement looking like, well, anyone's coach. Frank shares his philosphy of coaching with the New York Times: it's basically be comfortable in your own skin and understand it's all about the players.
