Offense Not Clickin', But Schedule Should Provide Easy Pickin'

It's hard to imagine a team with the talents of Vince Carter, Jason Kidd and Richard Jefferson having trouble scoring, but everyone now admits it is a problem. As Al Iannazzone points out, during their 10-game winning streak, the Nets averaged 104.5 points, but in the 20 games before the break, they averaged 88.8 points, and went 9-11. That's why Rod Thorn is trying to find some bench scoring before the trade deadline on Thursday and the Nets are hoping they can then fix things at home.
