Critics of Bruce Ratner's planned new Nets' arena and surrounding mini-city will be in State Supreme Court tomorrow to stop the planned demolition of buildings at the arena site. Plaintiffs question the need for demolition, and seek an injunction to stop it. Ratner is seeking a dismissal of the lawsuit.
