In a telephone interview with a Serbian website, Nenad Krstic admits he is still in shock after his season-ending injury. The Nets center admits surgery will effect his contract situation and his ability to play for Serbia in Eurobasket 2007. Krstic told B92.net that he has been injured before so he knows the rigors of rehabilitation. He expects to begin rehab in two weeks, after surgery on January 7. He added that according to one prognosis, he could be running by April and renewing basketball activities by June.
