Carter's 41 Pace Nets in Second Straight Win

The Nets were in control of Saturday night's game at the Meadowlands most of the way, but aside from a brief run in the third quarter, they could never put the Sixers away. Even at the end, the Sixers kept getting baskets down the stretch and gave the Nets a little scare in the final seconds. But Vince Carter capped a 41-point night with free throws to seal the Nets' second straight win. Overall, the Nets were sharp offensively, shooting 49% from the field, and they got another solid game from Richard Jefferson (24 points and 8 boards), as well as a big bench contribution from Mikki Moore.
