SLAM Magazine editors came to New Jersey, aka "The Swamp", Opening Night without checking their New York bias at the tunnel. (Does it matter which one, my friends?) Rather than a game, it sounds more like they were seeking some exegesis (look it up) of suburban angst. There was the "depressing ride", the "unavoidable rush hour traffic", the "abandoned construction" of Xanadu, and yes, the "underlying sadness" of it all. Dante probably had a better time touring Hell. Oh well, dinner was free.
